52 Weeks Of Happy - 16/52

How did Easter come upon me so unexpectedly? I trolley dashed Tesco earlier to buy eggs. I promised myself that the boys were either too old or too young for them this year. But I was sucked in by the guilt. And the clever product placement - eggs by the checkouts. I mean, come on....

Anyway I caved. Of course I did. I always do!!

Forgive me. I'm only human, and to err and all that.

So here are my four happy things for this week. As always linking in with Jen and Gillian.

Beryl & Jean

It's lovely to see them rooting around in the Spring sunshine (as long as they stay off the flower beds!). Yes we have had sun in St Ives this week (another happy thing). It's been cold but warm, if that makes sense.

Olly's Tree

Oh alright, and Mummy's tree. But he helped me to paint it, and he asked to paint a tree. I love the proud look on his face too.

Happy Birthday

I celebrated my 43rd birthday on Tuesday. I had a lovely day, and was spoilt rotten by family and friends. This was my birthday card from my friend Naomi. It made me laugh.

Presents & Wishes

Watering can, herb clippers, colourful plant labels, Parmesan grater, blueberry plant, crafty goodies, flowers, chocolates and homemade birthday cake, cards, Facebook messages. I loved them all!

So that's the happy. Easter weekend will be mostly spent at St Ives Easter Judo course with Alfie. I have magazines. I have books. I have pen and paper. I have a camera. And I have assorted mints.

Have a lovely weekend, whatever your plans may be.
