Lelant beach today. A favourite place to be. After all this wild and windy weather, there was loads of flotsam and jetsam washed up on the beach. The seaweed looked like bizarre sea creatures dredged up from the depths.
The walk down to the beach had it's fair share of loveliness too. Pared back forms of the bare bushes and trees. The couch grass that covers the dunes has this amazing iridescence. The colours are muted and blend in with sea and sky, making it all so easy on the eye.
Olly and me had the whole beach to ourselves. How lucky are we?
