I've never been able to achieve a work/family balance so decided to just focus on one thing at a time - that being the Kids now. Some people do manage both really well but I just wasn't one of them! I had a career before kids but as soon as they came along I realised I wanted to be with them so I've stayed at home with them and it's coming up to 9 years. I do miss work. I'm hoping our plans for the farm will tie in nicely with the kids being at school and being able to work around them. Yes, we do have very similar ideas on the horizon for! Looking forward to seeing how things pan out for you and your family. We all just have to try and do what's best for us, our families, our lives. Your family sounds wonderfully loving and supportive so I'm sure you'll figure out the right thing to do. xGillian Roehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05080123177116154219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6654141479722625610.post-4227989820354424822013-05-30T06:56:07.279-07:002013-05-30T06:56:07.279-07:00Firstly, thank you for sharing this. I haven't worked since becoming a mother and I don't expect to work for many years to come, but I sometimes feel very beaten down by my role as a mother. It's just hard. I have no good advice, but I like that you are mulling all of this over. I am sure you will find your way.Jennifer Hayshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04685253944514672324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6654141479722625610.post-13288945116716652002013-05-30T03:00:20.119-07:002013-05-30T03:00:20.119-07:00Very candid xxxxxxxxxxVery candid xxxxxxxxxxAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06737166294386759400noreply@blogger.com
